DPL Fitness and Wellbeing is an online personal training, coaching and wellbeing service for people of all genders, who want to be healthier, fitter and achieve their fitness and wellbeing goals. Physical goals might be to be fitter, stronger, body transformation, lose or gain weight, hypertrophy, age well and more, but all involve also developing new habits, good nutrition and promoting positive mental health whilst still living an enjoyable life. Yes change requires commitment, but DPL Fitness and Wellbeing is an online convenient service, clients can take with them, whatever their lifestyle, with workout and exercise programs designed to their needs and time.

  • Food diary, food tracking and plant based diet support for training and healthy living.

  • Detailed progress charts for physical training, habits and nutrition.

  • Training videos and detailed descriptions of exercises. Exercise and workout programs designed for  beginner to advanced clients.

  • Weekly online check ins and 1:1 messaging.

Level - Beginner-Advanced. For clients who wish to discuss their fitness and wellbeing needs, goals and progress in a 1:1 call. For an individual comprehensive fitness and wellbeing assessment, please register for one of the DPL online premium programs above

DPL 10 Day Bodyweight Challenge

Level - Beginner-Intermediate. Ideal for clients wanting to kickstart their new healthier fitter lifestyle or get back into fitness after a break.
 

  • DPL Fitness and Wellbeing client registration.

  • Fitness and Wellbeing 10 Day Bodyweight Challenge program  with home body workout circuit programs with training videos and detailed descriptions of exercises. 

  • Access to state of the art training software, web log in and Android and IOS apps - clients easily and conveniently manage their Fitness and Wellbeing programs on the go.

  • Personal client schedule with reminders and links to exercise and workout programs, coaching documents and activities.

  • Food diary tracking and plant based diet support information. 

  • Results tracking.

DPL Fitness and Wellbeing clients must be currently resident and located in countries outside of  the United States of America and Canada, their territories, dependencies or protectorates, in accordance with insurance coverage restrictions, when receiving personal training services and following any part of a DPL training program. Please note that payments for DPL Exercise and Fitness services are non-refundable, as these are not taken until the service starts. Clients are advised to check in advance, if they have any medical conditions which may affect engagement with a Fitness and Wellbeing program.
